Tested and perfected on stages worldwide, the Wolfgang Special is an exceptional instrument for creating music, elegantly designed with a powerful sound and effortless playability.
Constructed with a basswood body and arched top, as well as a sturdy graphite-reinforced bolt-on quartersawn maple neck, this guitar meets Eddie Van Halen's exact specifications.
The neck is skillfully crafted and smoothed to perfection, with a hand-rubbed satin urethane finish on the back. The ebony fingerboard boasts a 12 inch - 16 inch compound radius, 22 jumbo frets, and pearloid dot inlays, providing the perfect platform for dynamic riffs and intense solos. Truss rod adjustments are easily made with a spoke wheel located at the base of the neck.
Equipped with flagship custom-designed EVH-branded Floyd Rose and EVH Wolfgang Alnico 2 humbucking pickups, this guitar delivers a balanced and articulate sound with endless sustain for both chords and melodies.
