Its North American alder body is paired with a satin-finished hard maple neck and rolled-edge ebony fretboard, while dual Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups and the Marcus Heritage-3 preamp provide a wide range of articulate active and passive tones. Features

The North American alder body uses Sire's New Marcus Miller Jazz Type shape for familiar balance, comfort and tonal response. The Tobacco Sunburst finish gives the instrument a traditional appearance while complementing its classic Jazz-style construction.

The hard maple neck features a satin finish and comfortable C-shaped profile. Its ebony fretboard has meticulously rolled edges for a smoother, more refined feel, along with a 9.5 inch radius, medium frets, one-ply ivory binding and white pearloid block inlays.

Marcus Super-J Revolution single-coil pickups use USA plain enamel coil wire and Marcus Miller's preferred 60s-style pickup spacing to produce a clean, detailed and articulate Jazz bass response. The pickup blender provides smooth control between the neck and bridge pickups.

The Marcus Heritage-3 preamp provides three-band EQ with sweepable middle-frequency control for extensive tone shaping. Volume, tone, pickup blend, treble, middle, middle frequency and bass controls are joined by an active/passive mini toggle for quick access to both powered and traditional passive tones.

The Marcus Miller Modern-S bridge provides a stable platform for string vibration transfer, while premium open-gear tuning machines offer reliable adjustment. Chrome hardware, black Jazz-style knobs and a tortoise pickguard complete the traditional presentation.
