Tama Imperialstar 5 Piece Drum Set with Hardware and Meinl Cymbals

A complete five-piece acoustic kit with warm poplar shells, precision-cut bearing edges, durable Tama hardware and Meinl HCS cymbals.

The Tama Imperialstar is designed for drummers looking for a responsive, full-size acoustic setup with carefully considered components. Its six-ply, 8 mm poplar shells produce a warm, full-bodied sound, and precision-cut bearing edges encourage open resonance and consistent tuning response. The 22-inch bass drum anchors a five-drum arrangement, while the included hardware, throne and Meinl HCS cymbals provide a well-equipped foundation for practice, rehearsals and performance.

Features

Tama's Accu-Tune bass drum hoops use lightweight glass-fibre-reinforced material and tension bolts for straightforward head changes and stable tuning, with a groove that helps secure the bass drum pedal. The MTH50 L-rod/Omnisphere double tom holder provides flexible positioning, while reinforced bass drum spur brackets help keep the kit stable. Separate boom and straight cymbal stands support the included Meinl HCS hi-hats, crash and ride, giving drummers dedicated cymbals for rhythm, accents and patterns.
