Crafted from history and built for tone, the PRS S2 Special Semi-Hollow Reclaimed Limited Edition is more than a guitar—it’s a story you can play. Limited to just 700 pieces globally, with only 34 available in Canada, this rare release showcases reclaimed and salvaged woods sourced from Brazil and Puerto Rico, each with its own legacy and sonic fingerprint.

The top is made from Peroba Rosa, a dense wood reclaimed from century-old Brazilian siding, left natural to highlight its character—nail holes, wear, and all. The neck is carved from Cuban mahogany, some of which was salvaged from trees felled by Hurricane Maria in 2017. The fretboard is Guaribu Preto, once used as structural beams in Brazilian homes. Together, these woods create a warm, punchy, and resonant voice that’s as unique as the instrument itself.

Beyond its visual and tonal distinction, this model retains the full versatility of the S2 Special Semi-Hollow platform. A trio of pickups—two 58/15 LT humbuckers and a PRS Narrowfield—paired with a 5-way blade switch and dual coil-tap toggles, deliver 12 distinct pickup combinations, from sparkling single-coil clarity to vintage humbucking warmth. Finished in satin nitro and outfitted with PRS Phase III locking tuners and a patented tremolo bridge, this guitar is built to perform and inspire.
