Fully handmade in Bozeman, Montana, this modern interpretation captures the soulful warmth of the original LG-2, now reimagined with all-mahogany construction for a uniquely balanced and mellow voice ideal for folk, blues, and fingerstyle players.
The solid mahogany top, back, and sides produce a rounded tonal character with exceptional midrange focus, while traditional scalloped X-bracing enhances projection and response. A mahogany neck with a comfortable Rounded profile joins the body via a compound dovetail neck joint, topped with a rosewood fingerboard for smooth playability and natural resonance. Completing its vintage aesthetic are the black teardrop pickguard, vintage-style tuners, and a satin lacquer finish that allows the tonewood to breathe and age beautifully.
