Yorkville Sound's YSM SERIES II Powered Studio Monitors are engineered to deliver the uncompromising clarity your mixes demand. Designed with project and professional studios in mind, the YSM5-2 has been developed to be the best sounding monitor in its class.

The YSM5-2 boasts 1-inch black-silk diaphragm neodymium dome tweeters that seamlessly blend into the specially designed low diffraction wave guide integrated into the front baffle. The wave guide edges effectively couple the tweeter with the woofer, minimizing sonic anomalies caused by their proximity. The fibre reinforced composite cone woofers are expertly crafted for superior sound quality, offering a wide dynamic range at all levels. The integrated DSP provides transparent signal processing and optimized bi-amplification for each driver. Perfect time alignment between the woofer and tweeter eliminates any phase irregularities commonly found in 2-way designs.
