Handcrafted in the United States, the DOD OD250 – 50th Anniversary Edition pedal features Gain and Level controls that utilize the original potentiometer values and tapers, providing the tactile experience and range that DOD aficionados appreciate. A three-position toggle switch includes the classic “SILICON” mode, which faithfully reproduces the original sound.

The “Ge/ASYM” mode incorporates a vintage Germanium diode to create asymmetrical even-harmonic distortion. The “LIFT” mode eliminates diode clipping from the signal path, enabling a clean boost or a gritty boost when the vintage LM741 op-amp is driven to higher gain levels. Additionally, the DOD 250 is equipped with True Bypass to preserve the purity of your guitar tone.

This limited edition OD250 is presented in an eye-catching metal flake gray finish, adorned with classic yellow screen printing that pays homage to the original OD250 from the 1970s.
