OVERVIEW
The J-45™ holds the title of Gibson's all-time best-selling acoustic guitar. Known affectionately as "The Workhorse," it made its debut in 1942 and has since become a fundamental part of Gibson's round-shoulder, dreadnought series.
Gibson is excited to introduce a new version of the J-45 standard featuring rosewood back and sides. This model maintains the beloved playing and sound qualities of the legendary J-45 while offering a slightly richer bass response and enhanced overtone complexity thanks to the rosewood construction.
These remarkable acoustic guitars are equipped with an L.R. Baggs™ VTC under-saddle pickup and preamp system, ensuring they are ready for both stage and studio as soon as you take them out of the included hardshell case.
