Fender John 5 Ghost and Phantom Telecasters

John 5 Signature Performance

The Fender John 5 Ghost and Phantom Telecasters take the familiar Telecaster outline into a modern high-output format built for precise rhythm work, fast leads and dramatic stage performance. Both use Nyatoh bodies, maple necks with a custom John 5 Medium C profile, 25.5-inch scale lengths and 22 Narrow Tall frets.

DiMarzio Power and Simplified Control

Dual DiMarzio D Activator humbuckers deliver tight lows, strong output and clear attack. Both guitars use an HH pickup layout with a master volume, 3-position toggle and dedicated kill switch, keeping sound changes quick and direct. Deluxe cast/sealed locking tuners add dependable tuning and easier string changes.

Ghost Telecaster

The Ghost features a maple fretboard with 9.5-inch radius, Micarta nut and six-saddle Tele hardtail bridge with humbucking pickup cutout. Chrome hardware, red pickup covers, red position markers, a red speed knob and mirror pickguard create its distinctive visual identity.

Phantom Telecaster

The Phantom pairs an ebony fretboard with a flatter 12-inch radius and Floyd Rose Special locking nut. Its Floyd Rose FRTS2000 double-locking 2-point tremolo supports wide-ranging pitch effects while maintaining tuning stability, with black hardware and an anodized pickguard completing the aggressive look.
