Warm Audio WA-C1 Mod Compact Stereo Chorus & Vibrato Pedal
Pedalboard-friendly all-analog chorus and vibrato with stereo output, selectable impedance and preamp bypass
The Warm Audio WA-C1 Mod recreates the character of a celebrated all-analog chorus and vibrato circuit in a more compact enclosure designed for modern pedalboards. Its 100% analog signal path combines rich Bucket Brigade Device modulation with a single input stage and wet/dry stereo outputs, while top-mounted jacks make it easier to integrate into crowded rigs.
Features
The WA-C1 Mod preserves the analog preamp character of the original-style circuit, with level control for added bite, depth and natural compression, while a Modern mode allows the preamp to be bypassed for more precise gain staging. A modern MN3007 BBD recreation delivers lush chorus depth, and the vibrato mode adds faster, three-dimensional modulation with rotary-like movement. Separate Depth and Rate controls extend the available chorus range beyond vintage-style fixed-depth operation, while selectable 50k-ohm or 1.1M-ohm input impedance helps optimize the pedal for different sources. A flashing LED provides modulation-rate and mode feedback, and the internal dual DC-DC conversion supports stable operation from a standard external 9V supply.
