Since its debut in 2018, the Silver Sky has redefined what a modern single-coil guitar can be—blending vintage inspiration with contemporary precision. This SE edition brings that vision to a broader range of players with stunning looks, effortless playability, and unmistakable PRS craftsmanship.

Built with a solid poplar body, the SE Silver Sky offers a lightweight feel with balanced resonance. The bolt-on multi-ply maple neck delivers a snappy response and clarity, while the maple fretboard adds bite and brightness for articulate lead tones. A 25.5” scale length combined with 22 frets and the signature 635JM neck carve (John Mayer’s preferred profile) gives this guitar a comfortably familiar feel. With an 8.5” fretboard radius, it’s built to feel fluid for both rhythm work and expressive bends.
