Taylor Next-Gen Builder's Edition 714ce LTD Walnut/Western Red Cedar Acoustic Electric in Shaded Edgeburst/Kona Burst w/Case

Warm and responsive Next Generation Grand Auditorium combining walnut with Western Red cedar, Builder’s Edition contours and Claria electronics

The Taylor Next-Gen Builder's Edition 714ce LTD pairs solid walnut back and sides with a Western Red cedar top for a warm, expressive Grand Auditorium voice. Cedar responds readily to a lighter touch, while walnut adds substantial mids, focused lows and clear top-end definition. Scalloped V-Class bracing supports volume, sustain and responsiveness, and Taylor's Action Control Neck and Builder's Edition body contours help make the guitar comfortable across nuanced fingerstyle work, strumming and dynamic accompaniment.

Features

A shaded edgeburst top works with Kona Burst on the back, sides and neck for a rich limited-edition appearance. Beveled body edges, a mahogany armrest and beveled cutaway improve playing comfort, while black, maple and paua purfling, Reflections inlays in pale green abalone, a green abalone rosette and Taylor Gold tuners provide elegant visual detail. Claria electronics complete the design for amplified performance.
