Taylor 50th Anniversary GC 312ce Acoustic Electric in Shaded Edgeburst - NOS312CELTD50
- DETAILS
OVERVIEW
Sapele, commonly compared to mahogany for its appearance and tone, was first introduced to the Taylor collection in 1998. Our 300 Series guitars, featuring sapele and spruce, continue to attract numerous musicians to the rich and reliable all-solid-wood acoustic experience.
The 312ce LTD is a cutaway Grand Concert carries on the tradition of the 50th Anniversary Taylor model. It boasts a torrefied Sitka spruce top and solid sapele back and sides, resulting in a well-rounded and resonant tone that is both warm and clear.
The soundboard of the Taylor 50th Anniversary 312ce is darkened through a special roasting process, adding a touch of aged-in sweetness and depth to the sound. The V-Class voicing architecture improves pitch accuracy and volume while the slim neck and low action ensure a familiar and comfortable playing experience.
A shorter scale length and finger-friendly design make fretting easier and reduce string tension. The guitar also features gemstone inlays, a bold firestripe pickguard, and a shaded edgeburst finish for a distinctive look. Additional 50th Anniversary details include a commemorative label, gold Taylor tuners, and ebony bridge pins with gold acrylic dots.
Yielding a sweet, warm tone with enhanced volume, sustain and pitch accuracy, this Grand Concert suited for any musical application and ships in a Deluxe Hardshell Case..
