Features
The Percolator’s core sound comes from an interactive gain circuit that reacts strongly to pick attack, guitar volume and playing dynamics. Lower settings can produce warm drive and edge-of-breakup texture, while higher settings push the pedal into heavy fuzz, pseudo-octave character and sputtery gated destruction.
Three knobs and one toggle switch provide a surprisingly deep range of control. HARMONICS adjusts input gain, moving the pedal from overdrive into full fuzz saturation. BALANCE sets the overall output level, making it easy to match your bypassed signal or push an amp harder. BIAS changes the behaviour of the gain circuit, unlocking smoother drive, octave-like artifacts and Velcro-style gated fuzz textures.

In DRIVE mode, the diodes are lifted, giving the pedal a rawer transistor-drive feel with a crunchy, organic response. An internal trim pot lets players further enhance sub-octave content while adding extra gain for massive distortion and deeper rumble.
A mechanical relay true-bypass design keeps the signal path clean when the pedal is off. The footswitch also supports both latching and momentary operation, allowing normal on/off switching or quick bursts of fuzz by pressing and holding the switch for instant transitions between bypass states.
