Collaborating with Gibson Custom, Epiphone proudly presents a new version of this highly sought-after guitar. The Epiphone J-180 LS boasts exceptional components, including a thermally aged solid spruce top with scalloped X bracing, solid mahogany back and sides, a one-piece mahogany neck with a 25.5" scale length, C-profile, and a laurel fretboard adorned with the iconic "star" mother of pearl inlays that define this model.
The saddle, bridge pins, and nut are composed of bone, while the headstock showcases the iconic "open book" shape seen in Gibson models. The Epiphone logo and headstock star are adorned with mother of pearl, and an Inspired by Gibson Custom Double Diamond emblem is etched on the back of the headstock. Available in various captivating colors, this guitar boasts an L.R. Baggs™ Bronze Piezo under-saddle pickup and an L.R. Baggs Element Bronze VTC preamp system, making it a suitable choice for both stage and studio performances.
It also comes with a hardshell case for ease of transportation.
