The Epiphone Les Paul Special Double Cut is an Inspired by Gibson recreation of the legendary early 1960s models. Built around a slab-style mahogany double-cutaway body, this guitar provides full access to the entire fretboard while delivering the raw tone and resonance players expect from a true Les Paul Special design.
The glued-in mahogany neck features a fast-playing 60s SlimTaper profile and a bound rosewood fretboard with medium jumbo frets for smooth, comfortable playability. At the heart of this guitar is a pair of Epiphone P-90 PRO single-coil pickups, offering everything from sparkling cleans to fiery, aggressive drive tones. Individual volume and tone controls for each pickup provide wide tonal flexibility, while the Lightning Bar compensated wraparound bridge anchors the strings directly into the body for enhanced sustain and resonance.
