Fender 75th Anniversary Player II
Baritone Telecaster in Black
Limited-edition baritone Telecaster with 27 inch scale, rosewood fretboard and Player Series Alnico 5 pickups
The Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster Electric Guitar Rosewood celebrates 75 years of Telecaster design with an extended-range instrument built for deeper tuning and modern playability. Its 27 inch scale length is designed for standard B-to-B tuning, delivering punchy low-end response, increased string tension and clear articulation for riffs, chords and atmospheric textures. An alder body, Modern C maple neck and rosewood fretboard provide a familiar Fender feel, while Player Series Alnico 5 Telecaster pickups deliver crystalline highs, musical mids and tight lows.
Features
The extended 27 inch scale gives this Player II Baritone Telecaster its distinctive voice. Standard B-to-B tuning reaches well below normal guitar range while maintaining enough tension for tight rhythm work and defined single-note lines.
The maple neck features Fender's Modern C profile with a satin urethane finish on the back for a smooth, comfortable playing feel. A 9.5 inch radius rosewood fretboard with rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets supports fluid chord work, bends and lead playing.
Player Series Alnico 5 Telecaster single-coil pickups provide the clear attack and focused response associated with the Telecaster design while remaining well suited to the instrument's extended low range. A three-position blade switch provides bridge, bridge-and-neck and neck pickup combinations, with master volume and tone controls for straightforward sound shaping.
The six-saddle string-through-body Telecaster bridge with block steel saddles provides precise intonation adjustment and solid vibration transfer. Fender ClassicGear tuning machines and a synthetic bone nut help maintain dependable tuning stability.
