Fender American Professional Jaguar w/Case
American-made Fender design featuring a 24 inch scale, dual V-Mod III Jaguar pickups and a Panorama tremolo, an alder body and refined playability
Combining traditional Fender character with practical upgrades, the Fender American Professional Jaguar sets an alder body with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Its 24" (610 mm) scale, Deep "C" profile and 22 narrow tall frets support a familiar, controlled feel, while the model-specific electronics and hardware are designed to deliver sparkle and chime with the looser feel and warm character of a short scale. The result is a versatile American-made instrument intended for regular rehearsal, recording and live use.
Features
The neck package starts with a Deep "C" maple neck with rolled fretboard edges and Fender's satin urethane treatment on the back. The sculpted neck heel improves access toward the upper frets, while the 9.5" (241 mm) radius, 22 narrow tall frets and bone nut give the instrument a consistent, performance-minded playing surface.
At the heart of the signal path are two V-Mod III Jaguar single-coils. The bridge pickup can be tapped for a lower-output vintage tone, and the rhythm circuit switches both pickups into series with independent thumbwheel volume and tone controls.
Its bridge and tuning hardware are specified for regular professional use: the Panorama Jazzmaster-style tremolo with pop-in arm and ClassicGear J-Bridge, giving the short-scale Jaguar a broad expressive vibrato range while supporting stable intonation.
The control section uses ClassicGear Precision potentiometers for consistent feel, precise resistance and an even musical taper. A Fender Deluxe Molded Case is included for protected storage and transport.
