Fender American Professional Precision Electric Bass w/Case
Refined Fender playability and broad tonal range centred on a V-Mod III split-coil Precision Bass pickup, Modified 1963 "C" neck and HiMass Pro bridge, an alder body and a rosewood fretboard
Built to feel immediately familiar while offering meaningful refinements, the Fender American Professional Precision Electric Basscentres on an alder body with a maple neck and rosewood fretboard. Its 34" (864 mm) scale, Modified 1963 "C" profile and 20 narrow tall frets support a familiar, controlled feel, while the model-specific electronics and hardware are designed to deliver the punch and growl associated with a Precision Bass, with added articulation. The result is a versatile American-made instrument intended for regular rehearsal, recording and live use.
Features
The playing surface is anchored by a Modified 1963 "C" maple neck with rolled fretboard edges and Fender's satin urethane treatment on the back. The sculpted neck heel improves access toward the upper frets, while the 9.5" (241 mm) radius, 20 narrow tall frets and bone nut give the instrument a consistent, performance-minded playing surface.
Plugged in, a V-Mod III split single-coil Precision Bass pickup. It is designed for the punch and growl associated with the P Bass sound while providing increased articulation, with master volume and master tone keeping control direct.
For setup stability and adjustment, a 4-saddle HiMass Pro bridge that can be strung through the body or top-loaded. The design supports solid sustain and flexible setup, paired with Fender lightweight vintage-style tuners with tapered shafts.
Smooth, repeatable control comes from ClassicGear Precision potentiometers, another working-player detail in the build. For transport and storage, a Fender Deluxe Molded Case is included.
