Semi-hollow resonance with dual CuNiFe Wide Range humbuckers
The Fender American Vintage II 1972 Telecaster Thinline recreates the second-generation semi-hollow Telecaster design with its distinctive pickguard, lightweight feel and dual-humbucker voice. The semi-hollow construction adds resonance and openness while preserving the direct response and familiar handling of a Telecaster.
Features
A pair of CuNiFe Wide Range humbucking pickups delivers broad frequency response, clarity and muscular output. The C-shaped hard-rock maple neck is paired with a 7.25-inch maple fretboard and vintage-tall frets. Period-focused details include a Bullet-style truss rod nut, three-bolt Micro-Tilt neck plate, F-stamped tuners and a six-saddle string-through-body hardtail bridge with bent-steel saddles.
