The GPCX1RAE was reimagined, resulting in the GPC-X2E Cocobolo. This Grand Performance sized model showcases a cutaway body and features a Sitka spruce top with a high-pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides in a stunning figured Cocobolo pattern.
The rosette and fingerboard now boast a new mother-of-pearl pattern inlay, adding to the overall richness of the GPC-X2E Cocobolo. The sound transfer has been significantly improved thanks to the Performing Artist neck, fingerboard, and bridge crafted from select hardwood. Equipped with Fishman MX electronics and strung with Martin’s Authentic Acoustic Lifespan 2.0 strings, this model is sure to impress.Â
