Nuvo Zip Kit Plus Acoustic Drum Set - NZK100BUNDLE

Nuvo Zip-Kit Plus
Compact Acoustic Drum Set Bundle

Ultra-portable acoustic drum kit with snare, bass drum, hi-hat, tom, crash cymbal, throne and integrated practice pad

The Nuvo Zip-Kit Plus Compact Acoustic Drum Set Bundle is an innovative portable drumming system designed for students, educators, home practice and situations where a traditional drum set requires too much space. Building on the Zip-Kit Essential configuration, the Plus Bundle adds a tom and crash cymbal to create a more complete drum-set experience while preserving the clever nesting design that allows the components to pack inside the bass drum for transport and storage. Its highly adjustable layout can accommodate young learners through adult players, making it particularly useful for teaching studios, classrooms and shared practice environments.

Features

The Zip-Kit's nesting design allows the major components and accessories to pack into the bass drum enclosure when the kit is not being played. Padded carrying straps allow the packed system to be carried backpack-style, making transportation between home, school, lessons and rehearsals substantially easier than with a conventional acoustic drum set.

The core setup includes a height-adjustable 8 inch snare fitted with a 2-ply hydraulic head and power dot, a compact bass drum with folding 90-degree pedal mechanism and a string-operated 10 inch stainless steel hi-hat. The Plus Bundle expands this foundation with an additional tom and crash cymbal, together with their articulated mounting hardware.

Four telescoping mounting posts provide extensive height and positioning adjustment, allowing the kit to be configured for players ranging from younger students to adults. The modular layout can also be rearranged for right- or left-handed playing, making one kit practical for multiple students in teaching and classroom environments.

The bass drum pedal incorporates a two-tone silicone beater and folds into the side of the bass drum for storage. The hi-hat uses a folding arm and adjustable string-operated mechanism, providing recognizable acoustic drum-set operation while helping keep the overall hardware package compact.

Practice versatility is built directly into the system. Foam muting can be used to reduce acoustic output for quieter sessions, while a 6 inch practice pad integrated into the lid provides an even quieter surface for working on sticking, timing and rudiments when full acoustic playing is not practical.

The Plus Bundle also includes an adjustable drum throne, a pair of 7A hickory drumsticks and an onboard drum key stored in the lid. Together with the added tom and crash cymbal, these accessories create a convenient expandable package for students who need a compact kit that can be set up, packed away and transported quickly.
