The Universal Audio Volt 4P Max is the flagship desktop model in the Volt Max family, providing four Tone Shaping Preamps, Max dynamics processing, and 12-in / 6-out connectivity for bands, drummers, producers, and larger recording sessions. Professional 32-bit / 192 kHz conversion and a full-color Smart Display keep sound quality and session control at the centre of the workflow.
Features
All four preamps provide 60 dB of gain with Warmth, Focus, and Shine character modes, while Max Processing adds six compressor presets inspired by classic LA-2A and 1176-style dynamics. Four mic / line inputs, two front-panel Hi-Z instrument inputs, ADAT or S/PDIF optical expansion, MIDI I/O, speaker switching, built-in talkback, dual headphone outputs, Auto-Gain, Clip Protection, and an onboard USB hub make the Volt 4P Max ready for multi-musician recording and production.
